Abstract

Traitement des pulpes. Le procédé de transformation de pulpes de végétaux en aliments pour le bétail est caractérisé en ce que les pulpes à transformer sont mélangées et triturées en vue de l'obtention d'une masse homogène possédant un taux d'humidité relative de l'ordre de 60 %, les pulpes sont ensuite broyées grossièrement, puis, toujours en phase humide, soumises à granulation en vue de l'obtention de fragments soumis ensuite à une première phase de séchage conduite à température faible pour abaisser le taux d'humidité relative des fragments à environ 40 %, les fragments sont ensuite soumis à un repos puis à une seconde phase de séchage également à faible température pour abaisser à 9 % environ le taux d'humidité relative des fragments qui sont enfin conditionnés après refroidissement Application à l'obtention d'aliments pour le bétail.
