Abstract

Dispositif de fixation de tuyaux de décharge sur un moule horizontal de bétonnage avant la coulée du béton. Il est constitué de deux organes similaires comportant des éléments de réglage (1) permettant la fixation d'un tuyau de décharge entre les deux organes du dispositif, les faces latérales (4, 4') des éléments de réglage (1) étant essentiellement arquées à la manière d'un segment de cercle; d'éléments porteurs (2) fixés de manière réglable en continu dans le sens vertical aux éléments de réglage; d'éléments de fixation (3) servant à fixer le dispositif à un moule de formage; ainsi que d'une bande de serrage (6) servant à fixer le tuyau de décharge entre les éléments de réglage. Les dispositifs de fixation actuels rendent difficile la réalisation d'une fixation sûre et réglable en continu lors de la coulée du béton. Par contre, dans ce dispositif de fixation, les faces latérales (4, 4') des éléments de réglage (1) sont arquées de manière différente, et lesdits éléments de réglage (1) sont équipés de creux (12) dont les extrémités se situent au niveau des ouvertures (10) traversées par la bande de serrage du tuyau afin que celle-ci puisse serrer le tuyau contre les faces latérales des éléments de réglage.
