Abstract
Un câble métallique d'armature utilisé dans les structures en béton armé précontraint présente un diamètre variable (D1 et D2) sur sa longueur, et ses parties (2) de grand diamètre (D2) sont ménagées de manière périodiquement alternée avec les parties (3) de faible diamètre (D1), lesdites parties se conjuguant graduellement les unes avec les autres. Le câble de l'invention est produit soit à l'aide d'une âme d'un diamètre changeant périodiquement soit à l'aide des couches extérieures d'un fil métallique dont le diamètre change périodiquement.
