明 糸田
[発明の名称] 頭皮マッサージ用ヘアーブラシ [技術分野] プラスチック製ヘア一ブラシの製造業である。
[背景技術] 若ハゲゃ薄毛の予防には頭皮のマッサージが必須だが、 簡単なよ うでなかなかそれが出来ない。 それには、 効果を発揮する前に手指が疲れてし しまう、 頭のあぶらで手が汚れる、 毛髪が邪魔になって旨くマッサージ出来ない、 などの理由がある。 本考案は、 手指を使うマッサージのこうした欠点を回避し つ 容易且つ効果的にマッサージが出来るようにしたものである。
頭皮の下には、 帽状腱膜という、 繊維質の筋組織があって、 頭全体を覆ってい るが、 ス トレスその他の原因でそれが緊張すると、 その部分の血管が圧迫されて、 充分な栄養が毛髪に届かなくなり、 脱毛の原因になると説明されている。
この緊張した組織を、 元の柔らかな状態に戻すのが、 マッサージの役割だが、 普通のヘアーブラシで頭を撫でたのでは、 帽状腱膜全体が動いてしまい、 緊張の 状態が解消しない。 そこで頭皮の或る部分を押さえて固定しておき、 隣接する 部分に運動を与えることにより、 両者間に圧縮、 伸長を生じさせて、 それで柔軟 な組織に戻せるのではないかと考えた。
先願の考案 （後出一特許公報平 2 -51344号） もこの発想に基ずく もので、 2ケ の硬毛のブラシを縦に結合し、 手揉みに似た運動を与えることにより、 比較的に 伸縮性のある帽状腱膜の放射方向の組織に働きかけ、 マッサージを行おうとする ものであった。
然るに、 近年髪の生え際のマッサージが重要視されるようになったが、 生え際 の組織、 つまり、 伸縮性の乏しい環状方向の組織のマッサージには先の考案では 対応できなかった。
ちなみに、 複数のブラシ状のものを組み合わせた健康器具或いは美容器具につ いての考案で、 把握しているものは下記のものである。 1 . 実開昭 53-38295号公報 健康たわしを付設したあんま器

〔発明の開示] 環状方向の組織をその方向に伸縮させることが事実上困難なた め、 本考案はそれに替わる代案を用意した。 即ち、 3ケのブラシを横に並べ、 両端のブラシで帽状腱膜の環状方向の組織を 5 0 ~ 1 0 0ミリの間隔で上から押 さえて固定しておき、 挟まれた部分を、 中央のブラシで揺り動かし、 揉み洗いに 似た方法で組織を揉みほぐそうとするものである。
換言すると、 このブラシは、 従来のヘアーブラシを複合的に利用するもので、 従来のヘアーブラシでは出来なかった、 揉み洗いのような方法で、 容易且つ効果 的に頭皮をマッサージ出来るようにするものである。
更に、 このブラシは頭皮に強く押し当て 使用するので、 指圧療法の作用があ り、 頭皮を極限まで引き伸ばした状態を短時間維持することにより、 ストレッチ の効果を得ることも出来る。
[図面の簡単な説明] 人の頭は複雑な形状をした立体で、 個体差も大きい。 ブラシもそれに対応して、 頭の形にピッタリと接触する構造と形状を持つべきだ が、 図面上にそれを表現すると、 図面がいたずらに複雑且つ難解になるため出願 の図面では簡略化し、 立体を平面に置き換えて表現している。

(図 2 ) 応用型ブラシ 1を示した斜視図である。 センターブラシ （ 1 ) はセ ンタ一.ピン （ 7 ) によりブラケッ ト （ 6 ) にフリーで取り付けられ、 ブラケッ ト はアーム （3) に固定されている。 ハンドル （4) にはドライブアーム （8) が固定され、 ハンドルを前後に動かすと、 ドリブンピン （ 9) を前後に動かし、 それに伴い、 センタ一ブラシが約 30° の回転角で揺動運動をする。
