Abstract
Engin de chantier multifonctions destiné aux chantiers de constructions civiles et de travaux publics. L'engin regroupe, sur un même châssis automoteur, une bétonnière (20) avec un ensemble d'outils d'un côté, comprenant une pelle chargeuse (60), une pelle niveleuse (70) et une pelle excavatrice (80) et de l'autre côté un tombereau basculant ou dumper (50). La bétonnière est à cuve fixe équipée d'un malaxeur tournant (33), un couvercle articulé (25) étant adapté à former une goulotte de transfert du contenu de la pelle chargeuse dans le tombereau.
Description
"Engin de chantier multifonctions"
La présente invention concerne un engin multifonctions pour chantiers de constructions civiles et de travaux publics.
Les diverses opérations de terrassement, de manutention et de betonnage nécessitées sur les chantiers de ce genre impliquent, en général, la mise en oeuvre d'une pluralité d•engins respectivement adaptés à permettre 1•exécution de ces divers types de travaux.
La présente invention a pour objet d'offrir, notamment pour le traitement de chantiers isolés, un engin multifonctions groupant en une unité autonome un ensemble de moyens permettant de faire face très commodément à pratiquement tous les besoins courants en matière de terrassement, de manutention, de betonnage. Elle propose à cet effet un engin tel que défini dans la Revendication N" 1, offrant ainsi notamment la possibilité d'utiliser une même pelle chargeuse, soit pour la manutention de divers matériaux à transférer par 1*intermédiaire du tombereau à un véhicule de transport, soit pour le chargement de la bétonnière pour l'élaboration d'une quantité voulue de béton.
La pelle chargeuse peut avantageusement s'incorporer selon la Revendication N° 2 dans un ensemble judicieusement composé d'outils de terrassement tels que pelle excavatrice et pelle ou lame niveleuse.
Selon une disposition importante de l'invention, la bétonnière est du type à cuve fixe selon la Revendication N° 3, avec, entre autres, comme avantages une augmentation importante de la capacité de production à volume égal. Les caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront d'ailleurs de la description qui va suivre, à titre d'exemple, en référence aux dessins annexés, où la figure 1 est une vue en élévation latérale d'un engin conforme à l'invention ; la figure 2 est une vue schématique de la partie centrale de 1'engin selon le plan II-II de la figure 1; la figure 3 est une vue en élévation frontale selon les
flèches III-III de la figure 1.
Suivant la forme de réalisation choisie et représentée, l'engin est réalisé avec un châssis 10 avec une partie antérieure 11 et une partie arrière 12 de part et d'autre d'une partie centrale 13. Ce châssis est monté sur une paire de roues avant 14 et une paire de roues arrière 15, chacune des quatre roues étant équipée d'un moteur hydraulique, comme indiqué schématiquement en 16, par exemple, sur la figure 3. Les roues arrière 15 sont rendues directrices par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de direction, non détaillé, adapté à être commandé de manière usuelle à partir d'un volant 17 installé à cet effet dans une cabine de conduite illustrée schématiquement en 18 sur la figure 1.
Dans la partie centrale de l'engin se trouve une bétonnière 20 disposée à l'aplomb d'un réservoir d'eau 21, avec en son centre un réservoir de fluide hydraulique 22 confiné par une enceinte plongée dans la masse d'eau dudit réservoir

Selon un agencement, non détaillé aux dessins, car en soi connu, l'engin est équipé, en effet, d'une centrale hydraulique mue par un moteur thermique unique et desservant un ensemble de vérins de commande sur lesquels on reviendra ci- après, ainsi que les moteurs tels que 16 couplés aux roues motrices, un moteur associé à la bétonnière et un moteur d'entraînement d'une pompe à eau.
La bétonnière 20 située au milieu de l'engin comporte une cuve stationnaire avec une partie inférieure 23 de forme semi-cylindrique surmontée d'une partie supérieure 24 de forme prismatique, équipée d'un couvercle 25 présentant la forme générale d'une goulotte avec un fond 26, deux parois latérales 27, 28, et une paroi arrière inclinée 29. Ce couvercle-goulotte est porté par deux bras 30 articulés sur un axe 31 et adaptés à être manoeuvres par une paire de vérins 32 entre une position de fermeture de la bétonnière, montrée en traits pleins sur la figure 1, et une position levée de déversement, illustrée en traits mixtes en 25A sur la même figure.
La cuve 20 de la bétonnière, qui est stationnaire, est
équipée dans sa partie inférieure d'un malaxeur interne 33 qui comporte un arbre 34 adapté à être entraîné en rotation par un moteur hydraulique 35, ledit arbre 34 portant, par l'intermédiaire d'une série de tirants 37, 38, 39, deux palettes 41, 42, de forme hélicoïdale, chacune de ces palettes étant équipée de lèvres en élastomère 43, 44, adaptées à former des râcleurs au contact de la face interne de la paroi semi- cylindrique de la partie inférieure 23 de la cuve. Le moteur 35 étant réversible est adapté à solliciter la masse de béton, selon le sens de rotation, vers l'une ou l'autre de deux parois latérales 43 et 44, cette seconde paroi 44 étant équipée d'une porte 45 qui peut être ouverte ou fermée sous la commande d'une paire de vérins hydrauliques 46.
Comme il est visible à la figure 2, la cuve 20 de la bétonnière est montée sur la partie centrale 13 du châssis par l'intermédiaire d'un élévateur 48 du type en ciseaux à commande par vérins 49. Le bord inférieur de l'orifice de sortie de la bétonnière commandé par la porte 45 se situant par exemple, en position de repos, à une hauteur H1 d'un mètre (fig. 1) , l'élévateur 48 peut permettre de porter cette hauteur de déversement du béton à un niveau supérieur H2, par exemple de deux mètres. Un tel élévateur (qui reste d'ailleurs, bien entendu, facultatif) permet donc de vider le béton avec une plus grande commodité. C'est à peu près à ce niveau H2 que se situe aussi le bord d'un tombereau basculant ou dumper 50 à axe 51 porté par des bras de support 52 ménagés, à cet effet, sur la partie arrière 12 du châssis, ce tombereau basculant étant adapté à être manoeuvré entre sa position de repos, illustrée en traits pleins, et la position levée de déversement 50A, illustrée en traits mixtes, au moyen d'une commande comportant de chaque côté un vérin 53 et un compas de biellettes 54, 55 respectivement attelées au support 52 et à un tourillon 56 du tombereau. La partie avant 11 du châssis porte un ensemble d'outils de terrassement comportant ici une pelle chargeuse 60, une pelle niveleuse et à lame 70, une pelle excavatrice 80.
La pelle chargeuse 60 est montrée sur la figure 1 en traits pleins en position haute de déchargement et en traits mixtes en position basse de chargement (60A) . Elle est portée au bout de bras de manoeuvre 61, eux-mêmes articulés sur le châssis en 63, par l'intermédiaire d'un axe de pivotement 65, avec de part et d'autre une commande de basculement à vérins 66 et compas de biellettes 67. Les bras de manoeuvre 61 sont eux-mêmes commandés au moyen de vérins 68 à partir d'un axe 69 fixe par rapport au châssis. Dans l'exemple de réalisation considéré, la pelle chargeuse 60 a une capacité de 0,5 m3, la cuve à béton 20 une capacité de 2 m3 et le tombereau 50 une capacité de 1 m3. Le réservoir d'eau a, de son côté, une capacité d'environ 1 m3, soit mille litres, dont un cinquième est occupé par le réservoir 22 de liquide hydraulique.
La pelle chargeuse 60 est adaptée, en sa position basse 60A, à être remplie de tout matériau disponible à ce niveau : la hauteur H3, à laquelle elle peut porter et décharger ce matériau, est d'environ 2,80m dans l'exemple considéré. Selon la position choisie pour le couvercle-goulotte 25 ce déchargement pourra avoir lieu soit dans la bétonnière, soit dans le tombereau 50. On voit que dans les deux cas le matériau est transporté par dessus la cabine 18.
Le couvercle-goulotte 25 présente avantageusement de son côté, un volume sensiblement égal à celui de la pelle chargeuse soit 0,5 m3 dans l'exemple considéré : en position fermée du couvercle la pelle chargeuse peut donc s'y décharger sans problème pour être levée ensuite dans sa position de déversement 25A où tout son contenu se trouve vidé dans le tombereau 50, lequel peut ensuite être commodément déchargé à son tour dans un camion d'évacuation par exemple.
La pelle niveleuse 70 est portée à proximité du sol par des paires de bras 71, 72, articulés de part et d'autre de la partie antérieure 11 du châssis et manoeuvrée au moyen de deux vérins (non détaillés) . La lame cintrée formant cette pelle avec une concavité tournée vers 1'avant présente dans 1'exemple considéré une largeur de 1,90 m et une hauteur de 0,35 m. En
position de repos elle se situe sensiblement dans l'alignement du châssis 11 avec son arête inférieure à une hauteur d'environ 0,30 m au-dessus du sol. En position de travail, en revanche, son arête pourra s'enfoncer à une profondeur d'au moins 6 cm par exemple pour assurer une action de stabilisation de l'engin en cours de fonctionnement notamment de la pelle excavatrice 80 qui reste à considérer maintenant.
Cette pelle excavatrice est portée par une monture 81 à axe vertical à laquelle un vérin 82 permet d'imprimer des mouvements angulaires d'orientation sur au moins 180°; son montage sur cette monture comporte une succession de deux bras 83, 84, équipés de vérins 85, 86, ce dernier avec une commande de basculement par compas 67 du godet formant 1*outil excavateur, avec une capacité d'environ 40 kg par exemple. Un vérin 88 de commande du premier bras 83, par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission articulée, permet un très vaste débattement de la pelle excavatrice ainsi agencée entre par exemple une hauteur supérieure à 4 mètres et une profondeur supérieure à 3 mètres. Au cours de ce débattement l'outil peut demeurer près de la verticale grâce à une double articulation de la transmission.
Dans l'exemple considéré, l'engin présente une longueur totale de 4,70 m, une largeur de 1,90 m, et une hauteur de 2,80 m. Il est équipé d'un moteur diesel de 47,5 CV pour l'entraînement de la centrale hydraulique qui dessert tous les vérins, les moteurs 16 d'entraînement des roues motrices, le moteur 35 du malaxeur, ainsi qu'un moteur d'entraînement d'une pompe à eau non détaillée ci-dessus.
Claims
REVENDICATIONS 1) Engin automoteur autonome de terrassement, de manutention et de betonnage, caractérisé par la disposition sur un châssis automoteur (10) d'une bétonnière (20) entre un tombereau basculant (50) d'un côté et une pelle chargeuse (60) de l'autre, la bétonnière possédant une ouverture de chargement supérieure équipée d'un couvercle articulé (25) adapté, en position fermée, à former une goulotte de transfert du contenu de la pelle dans le tombereau. 2) Engin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pelle chargeuse fait partie d'un ensemble d'outils de terrassement installé à 1'avant de 1'engin avec notamment une pelle excavatrice (80) et une pelle niveleuse (70) .
3) Engin selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bétonnière comporte une cuve fixe avec un malaxeur
(33) tournant dans une partie inférieure (23) de cette cuve de forme semi-cylindrique surmontée d'une partie supérieure prismatique (24) .
4) Engin selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le malaxeur comporte deux palettes hélicoïdales (41, 42) sur un arbre (34) attelé à un moteur réversible (35) , en sorte de solliciter la masse de béton vers l'une ou l'autre de deux parois latérales, l'une fixe et l'autre équipée d'une porte de sortie (45) . 5) Engin selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites palettes sont équipées de lèvres en élastomère (43, 44) formant râcleurs.
6) Engin selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'une centrale hydraulique mue par un moteur thermique unique et desservant l'ensemble des vérins de commande des différents équipements ainsi que des moteurs couplés aux roues motrices, au malaxeur, à la pompe à eau.
7) Engin selon une quelconque des revendications 3 et suivantes, caractérisé par la disposition d'un réservoir d'eau
(21) , en partie basse sous la bétonnière, avec en son centre
un réservoir de fluide hydraulique (22) confiné par une enceinte plongée dans la masse d'eau.
8) Engin selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la bétonnière est montée sur le réservoir d'eau par l'intermédiaire d'un élévateur en ciseaux (48).
9) Engin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la capacité du couvercle goulotte (25) est sensiblement égale à la capacité de la pelle chargeuse (60) .
