  • the belt is tensioned by means of a suitable tension means, e.g. the tension rolls 9,9' shown in Figure 2.
  • the belts 5 for the upper rolls and 5' for the lower rolls are capable of absorbing tensile and compressive forces arising due to temperature differences and are not normally damaged. They are also easy to replace. Furthermore, the tension can easily be adjusted via the tension rolls 9,9'.

Abstract

Laminoir à chaud, de préférence laminoir à chaud comportant au moins deux rouleaux. Des courroies continues sont tendues respectivement autour du rouleau supérieur et du rouleau inférieur. Lesdites courroies se déplacent en contact avec le métal laminé, entre le rouleau et le métal laminé et ont pour objectif d'absorber la chaleur. La tension des courroies peut être réglée par des rouleaux de tension, par exemple.
