- Cooling elements of this type have the disadvantage that they consist of profiles of complicated structure and the assembly can be automated only with difficulty.
- this arrangement of the power components severely limits the existing circuit board area. Due to the design of the cooling elements and the attachment of the power components, such devices have to be dimensioned large and take up considerable installation space.
