Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'un diastéréoisomère (S,S) ou (R,R) de la formule (X) ou ses sels, esters ou amides, dans laquelle R3 et R4 représentent indépendamment hydrogène, alkyle, aryle, ou halogène substitué à aryle, alkyle, nitro ou alcoxy, et n ainsi que m représentent indépendamment des nombres entiers compris entre 1 et 6, consistant à combiner un composé de cyanure de la formule M1C=N, dans laquelle M1 représente hydrogène triméthylésilyle ou un métal, comportant une source optionnelle de protons, un solvant ainsi qu'un acide Lewis de la formule: M2X4, AlCl3 ou BF3, dans laquelle M2 représente Sn ou Ti et X représente chloro, bromo, fluoro ou iodo, comportant un composé d'α-acide aminé ou ses sels ou ses esters, après quoi on procède à l'addition d'un composé acyle ou acétal afin d'obtenir le diastéréoisomère de la formule (X).
