Abstract

Le procédé consiste à fabriquer les bagues extérieure et intérieure ainsi que les corps de roulement et à remplir l'espace situé entre les bagues intérieure et extérieure, pendant l'assemblage du roulement à billes, à l'aide d'une matière lubrifiante solide anti-friction dans son état fluide. Ensuite, le roulement à billes est soumis à un traitement thermique jusqu'à obtention d'un durcissement total de la matière lubrifiante solide. Les quatres surfaces latérales de la cage sont toutes formées au cours du durcissement, produisant finalement des espaces annulaires en forme de coin entre les surface latérales de la cage et les surfaces des bagues avec une orientation opposée des sommets des coins. Les angles des coins desdits espaces correspondent à l'angle de désalignement initial admissible de la bague du roulement. Ensuite, on tourne la cage et on met le roulement en rotation afin d'assurer le transfert de la matière anti-friction de la cage aux bagues du roulement. On peut utiliser l'invention afin de fabriquer des roulements à billes radiaux à une seule rangée destinés à être utilisés à hautes températures et dans des conditions salissantes ainsi qu'en présence d'eau et de vapeur.
