Abstract

Compositions de ciment, procédés d'application de ces compositions par vaporisation, pistolet et appareil capables d'appliquer ces procédés de vaporisation, utiles notamment dans le domaine de la construction civile et des réparations, surtout afin de former des sections précoulées en ferrociment, de revêtir ou de refaire le revêtement d'égouts et d'autres cours d'eau ou appliquer un placage en ferrociment sur des bâtiments ou d'autres constructions civiles. Ces compositions sont à base de ciment en poudre, de sable silicieux, d'eau et facultativement de cendres volantes, éventuellement avec des quantités réduites d'autres additifs. Selon le procédé, on soutient un treillis en fils d'acier et on le vaporise avec la composition au moyen d'un type particulier de pistolet (5) alimenté en mortier et en air comprimé et qui fait partie d'un appareil comprenant une pompe (3) et un compresseur d'air (6), ce qui permet d'appliquer les compositions par vaporisation dans un endroit éloigné de l'alimentation en mortier, même sous terre, lors du revêtement sur place d'égouts. Le motif de vaporisation est ajustable et la possibilité de régler l'alimentation en mortier et la pression d'air aide à réduire les problèmes d'une formation excessive de jet de vaporisation et de rebondissement du mortier appliqué.
