Abstract

一种复合建筑物外墙材料其施工工艺及应用,复合建筑物外墙材料包括泡沫混凝土和该泡沫混凝土土层上喷涂的氟碳涂层。该复合建筑物外墙材料适用范围广且克服了泡沫糊凝土不能长时间浸水缺陷,能够使使屋面或墙体全面达到保温、防水、防腐、防火、装饰于一体,加强建筑工程的功能性。其制备工艺简单,适合工程建筑施工并且应用范围广。

一种复合建筑物外墙材料其施工工艺及应用 
技术领域
本发明属于建筑物用节能保温建筑材料技术,具体的涉及一种具有泡沫孔隙的复合建筑物外墙材料及其施工工艺。 
背景技术
泡沫混凝土利用发泡剂产生泡沫并在混凝土定型后产生孔隙,其性能优于加气混凝土。泡沫混凝土由于具有优质的气孔,其具有较佳的强度和较轻的质量,现有技术中泡沫混凝土多用于砌筑类作业,以提相应的保温和隔音等工程性能。 
由于泡沫混凝土须采用现场浇筑方式上产,其虽然可以兼作找平层、保温层等功能,但无法满足长期浸水的需要,同时建筑物进行屋面或外墙体进行全体保温、防水、防腐装饰处理时,无法用泡沫混凝土进行全面施工。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种适用范围广且克服了泡沫糊凝土不能长时间浸水缺陷的复合建筑物外墙材料,以及其施工工艺和应用,该外墙材料能够使使屋面或墙体全面达到保温、防水、防腐、防火、装饰于一体,加强建筑工程的功能性。 
本发明所采用的技术方案如下: 
一种复合建筑物外墙材料,其特征在于所述复合建筑物外墙材料包括泡沫混凝土和该泡沫混凝土土层上喷涂的氟碳涂层。 
具体实施方式中,所述泡沫混凝土为以水泥作主料,以砂、石作辅料的加水浆料中掺入发泡的发泡剂组分经过搅拌浇注成型的轻质混凝土,该轻质混凝土中含有封闭的孔隙。 
一具体实施方式中,所述发泡剂为松香类发泡剂、油脂植物发泡剂、表面 活性剂发泡剂或动物蹄角蛋白发泡剂。 
本发明还提供了一种复合建筑物外墙材料的施工工艺,其特征在于所述施工工艺包括:配置水泥混凝土,然后混入经过发泡机发泡后的发泡剂,进行浇注成型,然后在成型后的混凝土表面喷涂氟碳涂料。 
具体实施方式中,浇注成型后得到的混凝土为混凝土砌块。 
本发明还提供了该复合建筑物外墙材料的应用,其特征在于该外墙材料用于工程屋面的外墙体保温、防火及装饰。 
该复合建筑物外墙材料以泡沫混凝土作为基料,可在工厂用水泥、沙子、粉煤灰、发泡剂在工厂做成砌砖运到现场砌筑或在工厂做成泡沫混凝土输送到施工现场现浇注。发泡剂通过发泡机发泡通到水泥浆料中混合搅拌浇注成型、养护而成的一种含有大量封闭孔隙的轻质保温隔热混凝土。在该混凝土的外层喷涂氟碳涂料能够起到防水、防火、防腐作用,且耐磨、耐冲击、耐候性优异,泡沫混凝土与氟碳涂料二者结合真正做到防水、保温、防火、防腐、装饰一体化的效果。使具有优异保温、防火、隔音性能的泡沫混凝土能够适于外墙装饰并具有较佳的防水效果。 
本发明的有益效果在于,该复合建筑物外墙材料适用范围广且克服了泡沫糊凝土不能长时间浸水缺陷,能够使使屋面或墙体全面达到保温、防水、防腐、防火、装饰于一体,加强建筑工程的功能性。其制备工艺简单,适合工程建筑施工并且应用范围广。 
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的阐述。 
具体实施方式
先用水泥、沙子、粉煤灰和石子加水配制混凝土浆料,然后再施工现场装设发泡机,采用松香类发泡剂、油脂植物发泡剂、表面活性剂发泡剂或动物蹄角蛋白发泡剂的任一种配制泡沫,将泡沫通入混凝土浆料中混合搅拌,然后浇注成型,经过日常养护,在建筑物施工的外墙面形成坚固的隔热层,该泡沫混凝土可用于现场外墙浇注、找平或保温层施工,也可制作一定规格的砌砖作为承重墙使用。 
待泡沫混凝土固化成型后,利用市售或现场配制的氟碳涂料进行外表面喷 涂,在泡沫混凝土的表面形成保温、防火、防水和防腐层。屋面或外墙喷涂氟碳涂料起到防水、防火、防腐作用,且耐磨、耐冲击、耐候性优异,泡沫混凝土与氟碳涂料二者结合真正做到防水、保温、防火、防腐、装饰一体化的效果。 

Claims (6)

1.一种复合建筑物外墙材料,其特征在于所述复合建筑物外墙材料包括泡沫混凝土和该泡沫混凝土土层上喷涂的氟碳涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑物外墙材料,其特征在于所述泡沫混凝土为以水泥作主料,以砂、石作辅料的加水浆料中掺入发泡的发泡剂组分经过搅拌浇注成型的轻质混凝土,该轻质混凝土中含有封闭的孔隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑物外墙材料,其特征在于所述发泡剂为松香类发泡剂、油脂植物发泡剂、表面活性剂发泡剂或动物蹄角蛋白发泡剂。
4.一种复合建筑物外墙材料的施工工艺,其特征在于所述施工工艺包括:配置水泥混凝土,然后混入经过发泡机发泡后的发泡剂,进行浇注成型,然后在成型后的混凝土表面喷涂氟碳涂料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合建筑物外墙材料的施工工艺,其特征在于浇注成型后得到的混凝土为混凝土砌块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑物外墙材料的应用,其特征在于该外墙材料用于工程屋面的外墙体保温、防火及装饰。
