Un dispositif d'indication et de test déterminant la concentration de substrats de réactions fermentatives comprend une capsule démontable (1) composée d'un matériau transparent thermorésistant, et présentant des parties principale (2) et supplémentaire (3), séparées mutuellement mais formant une chambre fermée au moment de l'interaction. Dans la partie principale (2) de la capsule (1) est située une couche (4) permettant de placer un échantillon (8) à tester, et dans sa partie supplémentaire (3) se trouve une couhe (5) de réactifs. La couche (4) permettant de placer l'échantillon à tester ainsi que la couche (5) de réactifs sont à base de vraies gélatines.
