Abstract

Un appareil endoprothétique permettant de reconstituer l'articulation de la hanche comporte une barre principale (1) apte à supporter un poids sensiblement égal aux charges maximales supportées par l'extrémité inférieure du patient, et qui est reliée de manière articulée par une extrémité à un moyen de fixation à l'os pelvique (10) et par l'autre extrémité à un moyen de fixation au fémur (3), comportant une barre supplémentaire (2) devant être fixée à l'intérieur du fémur (2), sensiblement selon l'axe de la diaphyse (4) et formant un angle d'environ α par rapport à la barre principale (1), qui est sensiblement égale à l'angle cervico-diaphysaire.
