Abstract

Commande par injecteur de circuits intégrés. Lors de la transmission simultanée de plusieurs signaux à l'intérieur d'un circuit I2L, on utilise une logique en structure arborescente à cause d'une sortance maximum de 4 pour l'excitation des grilles correspondantes. Toutefois, ce type d'excitation est lent et nécessite une puce supplémentaire correspondante. En utilisant des commutateurs commandés par injection, dont les injecteurs sont intégrés à un injecteur commun sur la puce, les signaux peuvent être commandés rapidement au moyen d'une excitation par courant de cet injecteur commun et en utilisant une puce à surface réduite.
