Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrical circuit arrangement with an electromagnetic actuator according to the preamble of the main claim.
- Electric actuators can be dimensioned so that they are suitable for continuous operation. However, if there are jamming or sluggish actuators, a higher active power is necessary for an adjustment process than is permissible for continuous operation. If operation takes place at nominal voltage, the resulting adjusting force is usually not sufficient for jamming or stiff actuators. If the supply voltage is not the same as the nominal voltage, there is a drop in output in the event of undervoltage and an overload in the event of overvoltage.
- the electrical circuit arrangement according to the invention with the characterizing features of the main claim has the advantage that high performance data of the actuator are guaranteed even with different supply voltages. Overheating, which can destroy the actuator or the control circuit (output stage), is avoided. By keying the supply voltage, optimal performance data and thus corresponding forces can be achieved on the actuator, so that mostly jamming or stiff actuators can be adjusted without causing unacceptable operating conditions. In the case of different supply voltages, these performance data are retained, since the actuator duty cycle is changed depending on the size of the supply voltage. Duty cycle is understood as the Ratio of pulse duration to pulse period. The duty cycle corresponds to the reciprocal of the duty cycle also known from pulse technology.
- the actuator assumes its electrical nominal values with an actuator duty cycle of "1" (continuous operation) and an actuator voltage which is less than the largest possible supply voltage. With corresponding, relatively small supply voltages, a duty cycle of "1" is then used, as a result of which the actuator nevertheless preferably at least reaches its nominal values. In the case of larger supply voltages, the actuator is not overloaded due to the reduction in the duty cycle, but nevertheless the corresponding situation-related performance values are present, so that correspondingly high performance data are also available.
- the actuator is a servomotor, preferably a DC motor.
- control circuit and the actuator are components of a control circuit for actuator positioning.
- a control circuit it is provided that it has a first multiplication point, which is supplied with the control differential variable formed from the setpoint and actual value and a supply voltage duty cycle that decreases with increasing supply voltage, and the output signal for the formation of the actuator -Tast ⁇ degrees is used.
- the Control difference size and on the other hand the supply voltage duty cycle dependent on the size of the supply voltage are used to form the actuator duty cycle.
- control difference variable can influence the actuator duty cycle.
- the procedure is preferably such that the actuator duty cycle also increases with a larger control difference size.
- the result is a particularly quick and vigorous reaction of the actuator.
- the control difference variable is preferably fed to the first multiplication point via a two-point limiter circuit which determines the sign.
- the two-point limiter circuit supplies an output signal with the value "0" for small positive or negative control differential values.
- the two-point limiter circuit supplies an output signal with the value "+1" or "-1".
- control difference quantity exceeds the positive or negative threshold value
- sign-corresponding value "+1" or "-1" is supplied to the first multiplication point, so that a sign-corresponding multiplication is carried out at the multiplication point.
- the supply voltage duty cycle receives a controller difference speaking sign. This information is available at the output of the first multiplication point.
- a characteristic curve circuit which increases the actuator duty cycle with an increase in the amount of the control difference variable.
- the "amount of the control difference size" is to be understood as the corresponding sign-independent value. It is therefore achieved by this configuration that the amplitude of the control difference variable influences the actuator duty cycle, the sign determination being carried out via the two-point limiter circuit already described.
- the procedure is preferably such that between the first multiplication point and the actuator there is a second multiplication point which is supplied as input variables with the output voltages of the first multiplication point and the characteristic circuit and whose output signal represents the actuator duty cycle.
- the supply voltage duty cycle which is dependent on the size of the supply voltage, is combined with the output signal of the characteristic curve circuit, the size of this output signal being dependent on the magnitude of the control difference size.
- the circuit arrangement can be dimensioned such that the nominal values of the actuator are exceeded in the case of relatively large actuator duty cycles.
- the connection between the characteristic curve circuit and the second multiplication point can be interrupted by a time control. It can be done in such a way that the time until the interruption is dependent on the control difference size.
- a large control difference variable leads to a correspondingly short time until the point of interruption, while a smaller control differential variable permits a correspondingly longer operation of the actuator with a large actuator duty cycle.
- the time control only re-establishes the interrupted connection after a cooling time has elapsed.
- This cooling time can depend on the size of the output signal of the characteristic curve circuit. The larger the output signal, the longer the cooling time.
- the characteristic curve circuit outputs the value "0" at the output. Which reaches the second multiplication point and would lead to a multiplication by the value "0".
- a constant value preferably "1" is applied via the summing point mentioned and is accordingly passed on to the second multiplication point. If the curve switching at the output has a value of "0" provides a different value, the constant is added to it, and the sum of the second multiplication point is supplied.

- FIG. 2 shows a diagram relating to a supply voltage duty cycle as a function of the supply voltage
- FIG. 3 shows a diagram relating to the output voltage of a characteristic curve circuit as a function of the amount of the control differential variable
- FIG. 4 shows a flow chart which explains a time control connected downstream of the characteristic circuit.
- the electrical circuit arrangement described below has an actuator 1, which is designed as a DC motor 2.
- the respective position of the actuator 1 is transmitted to the wiper position of a potentiometer 4 via a transmission path 3, which is only shown schematically.
- the potentiometer set Value reaches a summation 6 of a control circuit 7 via a line 5 with a negative sign as the actual value U ist .
- the actuator 1 with its associated control circuit which will be explained in more detail below, is part of the control circuit 7 mentioned, that is, the respective actuator position to be assumed is corrected in accordance with the specification of a setpoint.
- the setpoint '-soll wi-zd ⁇ m - ⁇ positive sign - also supplied to the mentioned summing point 6.
- the control difference value U D formed at the summing point 6 reaches a two-point limiter circuit 9 via a line 8. As can be seen from FIG. 1, this has a dead zone, that is to say small positive or negative control difference values lead according to their Characteristic curve for an output signal 10 with the value "0". Provided that the control difference value U D lenwert a certain positive or negative Schwel ⁇ U exceeds the output signal takes sign corresponding to the control difference value U D to the value "+1" or "-1".
- Output signal 10 of the two-point limiter circuit 9 is fed to a first multiplication point 11.
- the supply voltage U v (arrow 12) of the actuator is fed to an evaluation circuit 13 which, depending on the supply voltage magnitude, forms a supply voltage pulse rate 14 which is also present as an input signal at the first multiplication point 11.
- the characteristic curve of the evaluation circuit 13 is shown in FIG. 2.
- On the ordinate is the supply Voltage duty cycle is plotted, which corresponds to the ratio of pulse duration t e _ n to pulse period T.
- the supply voltage U v is plotted on the abscissa. It can be seen that with relatively small supply voltages Uy the duty cycle 14 assumes the value "1", that with increasing supply voltages Uy the duty cycle 14 decreases linearly in order to finally - with relatively large supply voltages Uy - assume the duty cycle value 0.25 .
- This characteristic curve can be stored in a table in a memory or can also be calculated on the basis of an equation.
- the output signal 15 of the first multiplication point 11 thus consists of the product of the output signal 10 (-1.0, + 1) of the two-point limiter circuit 9 and the supply voltage duty cycle 14 which is dependent on the level of the supply voltage Uv.
- a line 16 branches off from the line 8 and applies the control difference variable U D to a characteristic circuit 17.
- the characteristic curve of the characteristic circuit 17, likewise stored in terms of value or determined by a function, is shown in FIG. 3.
- the output voltage U A is plotted on the ordinate, while the abscissa relates to the amount of the control difference variable U D.
- An output voltage U A of "0" results for small control difference values U D. With the value U D ⁇ the output voltage assumes the value "1" and with the value U D2 the output voltage U A jumps to the value "2".
- the output voltage Ua of the characteristic circuit 17 is connected via a break contact S of a time 1 ⁇ ⁇
- Control 18 with a positive sign is directed to a summing point 19.
- a constant K is - also with a positive sign - passed to the summing point 19.
- the constant K has the value "1".
- the sum formed in the summing point 19 is passed via a line 20 as an input variable to a second multiplication point 21, which - likewise as an input variable - also sends the output signal 15 to the first multiplication point 11.
- the output signal 22 of the second multiplication point 21 represents an actuator duty cycle 23 with which the supply voltage U v is applied. This supply voltage Uy is accordingly applied to the actuator 1 as the actuator voltage.
- the output voltage U ⁇ is determined in accordance with the existing conditions. As soon as it takes on a value greater than 0, a selection is made which depends on whether the value is greater than 1 or less than 1. If the output voltage U A is less than 1, but greater than 0, the interrupter contact S remains closed for a time T1. If the output voltage U A is greater than 1, the interrupter contact S remains closed for a shorter time T2. After the corresponding time T1 or T2, the interrupter contact S opens, so that the supply of value to the summing point 19 is omitted. Then only the constant K equal to 1 is transmitted, that is to say that the output signal 15 of the first multiplication point 11 is transmitted unchanged to the actuator 1 via the second multiplication point 21 as an actuator duty factor 23.
- the time controller 18 provides an increase time TP1 or TP2 (see FIG. 4) before the characteristic circuit 17 can take a new value of the output voltage U A.
- an essential aspect of the invention is that To control the actuator with an actuator duty cycle, which decreases with increasing supply voltage.
- This can preferably be done in conjunction with a control circuit, the control difference variable U D being evaluated in terms of its sign by means of the two-point limiter circuit 9 described.
- the control difference variable U D is also fed to the characteristic curve circuit 17, the output voltage U A of which is present at the summing point 1.
- a constant is added here.
- the output value U w (see FIG. 1) is preferably in the range 1 ⁇ U w 3. 3.
- This output value U w is then multiplied by the supply voltage duty cycle 14 by means of the second multiplication point 21.
- the multiplication result corresponds to the actuator duty cycle 23.
- the time controller 14 is added to limit the actuation time of the actuator 1 with a large actuator duty cycle as a function of the control difference variable U D.
- the proposed duty cycle control has the advantage that the desired performance data can be achieved even with relatively small supply voltages Uy and that no overloads occur with large supply voltages.
- the described control circuit can be constructed at low cost and correspondingly enlarged performance data are made available on the actuator 1 for a short time in the event of correspondingly large control deviations (control difference size).

Description
Elektrischer Stellantrieb
Daher ist be-

"-1" an.
