Abstract

Le capteur d'humidité capacitif décrit comprend un substrat, une couche inférieure conductrice imperméable à l'humidité comme première plaque de condensateur, une couche diélectrique et une couche supérieure conductrice perméable à l'humidité comme seconde plaque de condensateur, ainsi que des fils de connexion associés aux première et seconde plaques de condensateur, grâce auxquels on peut mesurer les variations de la constante diélectrique et, par conséquent, de la valeur de capacitance, dues à l'absorption des molécules d'eau. Le substrat est constitué par un stratifié en cuivre flexible, dans lequel au moins la couche inférieure conductrice est gravée, et la couche supérieure conductrice comporte une couche imprimée solide présentant une structure quadrillée conductrice, laquelle est imprimée au moyen d'encre conductrice.
