Abstract

Le procédé décrit sert à fabriquer des plaques qui sont destinées à être utilisées dans la construction et qui se composent d'une matrice de ciment ou de chaux hydrauliques, de cendres volantes et d'un produit sec obtenu par désulfuration de gaz de fumée, matrice qui, après mélange avec de l'eau, prend la forme de plaques, lesquelles sont comprimées avant le durcissement et la prépolymérisation. Le procédé de la présente invention se caractérise en ce que la matrice contient également 2 à 25 %, de préférence 5 à 25 % et en particulier 10 à 20 %, d'un matériau formé de fibres, et en ce que les plaques prépolymérisées sont soumises ensuite à une étape de polymérisation finale en autoclave. La matrice est composée de sorte que le rapport molaire entre l'équivalent CaO et SiO2 est d'une valeur comprise entre 0,5 et 1,1, de préférence entre 0,8 et 0,9, et de sorte que l'opération en autoclave est effectuée à des températures comprises entre 120 et 210°C, de préférence entre 160 et 210°C.
