Abstract

Un déflecteur (10) de courants gazeux reçoit des volumes importants de gaz chauds en provenance d'une turbine à gaz (11) et comprend une aube (26) qui ferme l'orifice de sortie (10A) vers un générateur de vapeur (12) à récupération de la chaleur ou l'orifice de sortie (10B) vers un gueulard (13). Chaque orifice est entouré par un canal ouvert dont les deux parois latérales sont pourvues chacune d'un organe d'étanchéité (24), les deux étant exposés, l'un après l'autre. Les surfaces (40) de l'aube sont plaquées en acier inoxydable et reliées par une isolation (41) à un renforcement (41A) de façon à permettre d'effectuer le placage mais à en limiter l'expansion. Le cadre (32) comprend un bord qui forme une première et une deuxième moulures (32A et 32B) de chaque côté, espacées et placées de façon à enclencher chacune un organe d'étanchéité (24) adjacent à l'orifice de sortie lorsque celui-ci est fermé, transformant le canal en un passage fermé qui entoure l'orifice fermé, éventuellement de manière étanche contre des fuites, par une décharge d'air isolant à l'intérieur de celui-ci. L'aube (26) est mise en mouvement entre ses deux positions de fonctionnement au moyen d'un mécanimsme d'entraînement réversible (46) comprenant des articulations à genouillière (49) reliées au renforcement (41A) de l'aube par une unité (50) mobile en réponse à des forces exercées par les articulations à genouillère (49) en expansion ou en contraction.
