Abstract

Le procédé et l'appareil servent à aligner un couvercle (4) dans sa position correcte sur un récipient d'emballage (3) avant sa fermeture hermétique. L'alignement est obtenu selon la présente invention grâce à deux cellules photoélectriques (10, 11) qui détectent la position relative entre le couvercle (4) et un bord latéral avant du récipient d'emballage (3), puis des signaux provenant des cellules photoélectriques (10, 11) permettent à des roues (8, 9) d'alignement du couvercle (4) de placer celui-ci dans sa position correcte au-dessus de l'emballage avant sa fermeture hermétique.
