Abstract

Un débimètre de masse de Coriolis à chemin parallèle (10) comprend des collecteurs d'entrée et de sortie améliorés (100, 100'). Chaque collecteur comporte une pièce de transition (110, 110') et un bloc de montage de tubes (120, 120'). La pièce de transition est pourvue d'un passage (303) destiné à diriger du fluide dans le débimètre ou hors du débimètre et présente une zone de section transversale changeant graduellement, destinée à réduire la cavitation. L'une des extrémités de chaque bloc de montage de tube est fermement fixée à une pièce de transition correspondante. L'autre extrémité des blocs de montage de tube est destinée à recevoir les tubes à écoulement parallèle (130, 130'). Un des blocs de montage (120) sert à diviser de façon égale le fluide d'admission, dont le débit de masse doit être déterminé entre les tubes à écoulement parallèle, pendant que l'autre bloc de montage (120') combine le fluide d'émission provenant des tubes d'écoulement. Chacun des blocs de montage de tube est pourvu d'un épaulement interne (707) qui permet d'aligner chacun des tubes d'écoulement de façon parallèle les uns par rapport aux autres et qui ensuite fond de façon appropriée par l'application de chaleur destinée à maintenir cette disposition parallèle. Les blocs de montage et les pièces de transition présentent également diverses configurations mécaniques permettant de faciliter l'assemblage du débimètre et réduisant avantageusement le coût dudit débimètre.
