Abstract
Système de fixation simple, fiable, montable et démontable aisément pour un boulon traversant (1) comportant un écrou (2) hexagonal (multipan) et, à l'extrémité de sa tige filetée, un filetage supplémentaire plus petit tournant dans le sens opposé. L'écrou de blocage (3), dont le sens de rotation est opposé à celui de l'écrou de fixation (2), et une tôle de fixation annulaire (4) bloque l'écrou de fixation (2) et l'écrou de blocage (3) l'un contre l'autre, empêchant ainsi leur rotation, de sorte que finalement le boulon traversant ou le boulon de fixation (1) ne peut absolument pas non plus se desserrer accidentellement. Puisque même des assemblages qui n'ont pas été vissés à fond peuvent être bloqués avec ce système, d'autres applications sont possibles, notamment pour régler le jeu des coussinets (par exemple dans des roulements à rouleaux coniques) ou bien pour la fixation (par exemple effets de ressort).
