Abstract

Sur un rouleau cannelé à spirales en aluminium ou en un alliage d'aluminium sont gravés des creux (V) pour le transfert d'encre, puis une couche d'oxyde (10) est générée sur ceux-ci par oxydation anodique, l'épaisseur (D) de la couche correspondant à environ la moitié de la largeur (W) du creux (V). L'oxydation se fait à des basses températures d'environ -2°C et avec une intensité de courant comprise entre 4 et 6 A/décimètre carré. La couche en métal léger à oxyder est comprimée puis rétrécie de façon à former une enveloppe autour d'un noyau en acier.
