Abstract

Nouveaux dérivés de 1,4-naphtalènediol et 1,4-hydroquinone de formule I, II, III,et IV et leurs utilisations thérapeutiques en tant qu'inhibiteurs de 5-lipoxygénases, inhibiteurs de leukotriènes, agents anti-inflammatoires et/ou inhibiteurs des agents de sécrétion de mucus. Sont également décrits de nouveaux intermédiaires utiles pour la préparation desdits dérivés.
