Abstract

Le dispositif sert à la liaison rapide, mobile de deux éléments de construction (1, 2). La liaison entre les deux éléments est obtenue au moyen d'un cône expansible (15) dont la surface conique extérieure s'agrippe à une surface intérieure d'une douille conique (20) formant un élément de serrage passif; le serrage obtenu par un déplacement continu d'un cône (14) ouvrant le cône expansible (15) contre une résistance. Le dispositif de serrage hydraulique peut déployer des forces de serrage pouvant atteindre plusieurs dizaines de 1000 N. L'avantage du présent dispositif réside dans le fait que les deux éléments peuvent être solidarisés par un seul mouvement rectiligne sans faire appel à des rotations ou à d'autres déplacements latéraux après avoir été simplement superposés. De plus, on obtient un bon effet de centrage, ce qui n'est pas le cas des dispositifs de serrage traditionnels.
