Abstract
Dispositif de concassage à canal de coulée en résine synthétique moulée possédant un rouleau rotatif en forme de peigne dont le diamètre extérieur, l'épaisseur, la hauteur et la périphérie sont divisés en un nombre approprié de lames de coupe, et un couteau stationnaire en forme de peigne en engagement avec le couteau rotatif de manière à couper par une action de concassage et de cisaillement. Le couteau rotatif peut être construit de manière à être découpé à partir d'un matériau en barre, ou à être laminé à partir d'une pluralité de matériaux pleins ou de construction analogue. Le couteau rotatif n'utilise pas nécessairement de filtre comme dans les dispositifs conventionnels, permettant ainsi d'obtenir un rendement de concassage extrêmement élevé. Ce dispositif peut utiliser un procédé de concassage à deux étages, ce qui permet d'améliorer ultérieurement la capacité et la précision de concassage et de réduire la puissance d'entraînement pour accroître la durée de vie.
