Abstract

Dans une installation de laminage avec au moins deux laminoirs (10, 20) le reglage de la tension du produit lamine est tel que le laminage a lieu dans la zone frontiere ou la tension s'annule. En particulier, on superpose a un laminoir (20) avec un nombre de rotations n2 une rotation supplementaire. En outre, on superpose au laminoir (20) une rotation additionnelle sous forme sinusoidale. Si la rotation supplementaire est egale a zero l'absence de tension qui regne entre les deux laminoirs (10 et 20), est maintenue. Il y aura cependant une petite boucle qui se formera et qui se resorbera au rythme des oscillations sinusoidales. De ce fait il n'y aura aucune variation de couple au laminoir (10). Si lors de la mise en marche la premiere demi-onde sinusoidale est positive on enregistre pour cette demi-onde et une fois seulement, une variation du couple au laminoir (10). Par la suite il n'y a plus de variation de moment. La rotation supplementaire peut etre choisie egale ou superieure a l'amplitude de la rotation additionnelle. On peut aussi, en changeant la valeur de la rotation supplementaire, modifier le deroulement du couple au laminoir (10).
