Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de tratamiento de una composición proteica láctea para la obtención de una composición líquida rica en lactosa que comprende una etapa (ii) de ultrafiltración para la obtención de un permeado de ultrafiltración y de un retentado de ultrafiltración; seguido de una etapa de tratamiento sobre resinas intercambiadoras de iones (iv) que comprende al menos un paso que comprende la percolación sobre una resina catiónica seguida de una percolación sobre una resina aniónica.
