Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la producción de enzimas y aceite unicelular. El proceso consiste en que los microorganismos capaces de producir aceite unicelular y enzimas sean cultivados en condiciones adecuadas para la producción de aceite unicelular y la producción de enzimas en un proceso de producción de aceite unicelular. Un cultivo de microorganismos que comprende aceite unicelular y enzimas es obtenido y al menos parte del cultivo de microorganismos, parte del sobrenadante y/o células de los microorganismos separadas del cultivo de microorganismos, parte de la fracción de proteína enriquecida con el sobrenadante, y/o parte de la fracción de proteína obtenida de las células se utiliza como una preparación enzimática o como una fuente de enzimas. El aceite unicelular se recupera de las células del microorganismo y se utiliza como biocombustible, componente de biocombustible o como materia prima para la producción de biocombustible. Las enzimas producidas de acuerdo con el proceso se utilizan en el mismo proceso industrial o en otro proceso.
