Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a células hospedantes de mamíferos tratadas por ingeniería genética que comprenden un nivel aumentado de genes anti-apoptosis activos y a métodos para generar estas células hospedantes. Más particularmente, la invención se refiere a métodos que modulan el nivel de genes activos anti-apoptosis en células hospedantes y células hospedantes que muestran una viabilidad celular aumentada retrasando/inhibiendo la muerte celular programada que se produce de forma natural en estas células.
