Be it known that I, EMIL UmsANmOf New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Uonnecticut, have invented a new Design for Embroidery-Pattern; and I do hereby dcclare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, to be ninll, clear, and exact description oi' the seme, and which said drawings constitute part of this specilcation, and represent a. fece View.
This invention relates to e design for embroidcrypattern with special reference to perforated board, the object being to indicate on the surface of the board the stitches to be teken in the Workin g of the pattern.
It consists in the peculiar form and configuration of the motto, ns shown in the eccompanying illustration, and hereinafter de scribed.
The motto which constitutes the base of the design is Should Auld Acqueintancc he Forot. This is arranged with the words Should above, and be forgot below, the words Auld Acqneintance.
Branches of forgetme-nots stre in terspcrsed as emblems, the principal feature ot' the de' sign beingl the capitals.
The arrangement of the words may be vnried, the forni ci' the seid capitals being clearly defined in the accompanying illustration.
l claim- The design for embroidery-pattern, consisting ot' the motto Should Auld Acquaintnncc be Forgot in form as described, and shown in the accompanying illustration.
