DESIGN FOR DOOR-BOLTS.

Specification forming part of Design No. 5,813, dated April 23, 1872.

To all whom it may concer-n:

Be it known that I, ADOLPH WUNDER, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for Door-Bolt and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawing and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawing constitutes part of this specification, and represents in y Figure l a front View, and in Fig. 2 an end View.

This invention relates to adesign for the case of a door-bolt; and consists in the ornamentation of the case, as shown in the accompanying drawing.

The plate A is flat, with a plain raised edge to form a panel upon the surface, the panel being matted or otherwise finished. The barrel B rises from the plate, narrowing toward the top, as seen in Fig. 2. The surface of the said barrel is constructed with a plain raised edge, as seen in Fig. l, forming a panel, ornamented by tracery upon a matted or Otherwise finished surface, as seen in Fig. 2. rlllie tracery and edges are polished, while the surface, of the panel remains in the matted or other condition, as before mentioned.

I claim as my invention- '.lhe design for ornament-ation of a door-bolt case, as herein described and shown in the accompanying drawing.
