To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, EMIL GOETTE, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Newark, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Picture-Frame, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawings,forininga part thereof,
