DESIGN FOR'A SYRUP-CAN.
SPECIFICATION forming raft 0f Design No. 35,364, dated :December 3, 1.961.
To all whom t may concern:
Be it known that I, JOHN C. JOHNSON, a citizen of the United States, residing at the city of Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Syrup- Cans, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part hereof, in Which- Fignre l is a front elevational View of a syrup-can, showing my design. Fig. 2 is a side elevational View of the same, and Fig. 3 is a top or plan View of the can.
As illustrated in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of the conguration of the front and body of the can. As viewed in front elevation the can presents the appearance of two superposed cylinders, of which the upper, a, is of larger diameter than the lower cylinder l?. As

Depending from the base of the body d, adi jacent to the semicylindrical front, is a cylindrical projection capped or surmounted by a ring or rings b of larger diameter than the cylinder b, as shown in Fig. 2.
Having thus described myinvention, What I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a syrup-can, substantially as herein shown and described.
