DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,261, dated June 29, 1897.

Application filed May 10, 1897. serial No.635,940. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that l, CLIFTON II. BEACH, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Saltsbnrg, in the county of Indiana and State of Pen nsylvan ia, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Bottles; and I do hereby declare that the following isa full, clear, and exact description of the invention, which will enable others skilled in the art to which it appcrtains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, which form a part of this specification.

My design relates to bottles; and it consists in the peculiar configuration given thereto, which imparts an ornamental and attractive appearance to the bottle.

In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 is an elevation of a bottle made in accordance with my design. Fig. 2 is a horizontal section on the line :0 3'5, Fig. 1.

In the said drawings the reference-numeral 1 designates the body of the bottle, comprising the four sides inclined at acute angles to the vertical plane thereof and having a fiat bottom. The bottle is formed with a cylindrical neck 3, the upperend or month of which is formed with a beveled rim 4. The upper ends of said sides just below the neck are formed on curved lines, as seen in Fig. l, and
