Be it known that I, PETER E. MALMSTROM, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of New York, borough of Manhattan, county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Bottles and SimilarArticles, of which the following is a specification.

My invention relates to a new and original design for a bottle or similar article; and it consists in the shape and configuration substantially as herein shown and described.

In the drawings forming part of this specification, Figure 1 is a side elevation, and Fig. 2 is a top plan View of the bottle.

At 1 is the body of the bottle, 2 the neck, and 3 the base. The base has an annular flange 4. and an inwardly and upwardly curved or arched bottom 5. The neck is very short as compared with the length of the bottle, is cylindrical, and has the circumfereniial enlargements 6 7, the upper one being sharper and of less dimension than the lower one.

The body of the bottle is of a distorted elliptical or oval form, it being circular in cross-section throughout its length and its outline being made up of a number of segments of different radius.
