The buckles are lo- .cated substantiallyside by side and extend outwardly from the strip 0 at an obtuse angle relative to each other. In minor details the strip 0 is shown provided with a concave edge at c and a convex edge at 0 between the buckles.
D is a band located between the buckles and extending vertically over the front face of the strip O in the form of a loop, the buckles relative to the plane of the band forming an acute angle therewith on opposite sides thereof.
