LEVI DE MYERS, OF TOLEDO, OHIO.
DESIGN FOR A GAME-TABLE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 33,271, dated September 25, 1900.
Application filed August 18, 1900. Serial No, 27,348. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it "may concern:
Be it known that I, LEVI DE MYERS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Toledo, in the county of Lucas and State of Ohio, have produced a new and original Design for a Game-Table, of which the following is a specification.
The leading feature of this design consists in the design forming the subject-matter of the accompanying illustration, wherein- Figure 1 is a perspective view of gameteble embodying the features of the design. Fig. 2 is a top plan view of the same.
The design is characterized by a horizontal base or bed 1 with rounded corners 2 and an upstanding rail 3 disposed inside the perimeter of the said base or bed. The rail 3 has solid end portions 4 and elongated side openings 5, which form top bars 6, between the under edges of which and the base or bed below a series of vertical pillars 7 are interposed in longitudinal alinement, the bases of the pillars being circular, as at 7, the portions above being curved and intermediately enlarged, as at 8. From the base or bed at an intermediate point a plurality of verticallyextending cylindrical projections 9 are located, and at one end is a scalloped elevated member 10. From the center of the same end a projection 11 extends outwardly and is continued inwardly over the member 10 and slotted at itsinnerend. Depending from the base or bed 1 are circnrnferentialiygrooved legs 12, those at one end being shorter than the others.
Having thus described the invention, what is claimed as new is The design for a game-table, herein shown and described.
In testimony that I claim the foregoing as my own I have hereto ailixed my signaturein the presence of two witnesses.
hi LEVI x on MYERS.
