DESIGN FOR A LINK-BAR FOR CUFF-BUTTONS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 32,080, dated January 9, 1 900.
Application filed December 13. 1899. Serial No. 740,225. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it mug concern.-
Be it known that I, CHARLES H. ALLEN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Attleborough. in the countyof Bristol and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a. new and original Design for a Lin k-Bar for Cuff-Buttons, of which the followingis especification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
The drawing is a perspective view of my newly-designed link-bar for cult-buttons.
The leading feature of my design consists in the extensions from the body of the curved bar, the oblique edges of these extensions projecting beyond the oblique ends of the main portion of the curved bar.
In the drawings, a indicates a curved bar having the ends I) b extending obliquely outward from the concave side a of the bar.
The extensions 0 0 connect with the convex side of the bar by the concaves c c, which merge into the convex inner and under-sides c of the extensions. The oblique outer edges 0 c of the extensions 0 0 project beyond the oblique ends b b of the bar proper.
