Be it known that I, CHRISTOPHER C. BRAD- LEY, a citizen of the United States, residing in Syracuse, in the county of Onondaga and State of New York, have. invented and produced a new and original Design for Draft- Eyes for Vehicle-Shackles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Figure 1 is a top plan View, and Fig. 2 is an end view thereof looking at Fig. 1 from the right.
As shown in the accompanying drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of an angular or L-shaped draft-eye and comprises the bar a, having an eye 1) exrial No. 31.006. Term of patent 14 years.
tending at substantially a right angle from one end thereof, one side of the eye havinga spherical knuckle c, all formed and stamped up from a single piece of metal, the whole forming a unique unitary article of manufacture.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
