SPEGIFIGATION forming part of Design N 0. 32,042, dated December 26, 1899.
Application filed November 6, 1899. Serial No. 736,048. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, THOMAS M. HARTMAN, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the village of Hyde Park, in the county of Hamilton and State of Ohio, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Display-Rack or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a front elevation of a structure showing my design. Fig. 2 is an elevation of that edge of the same which faces toward the left hand in Fig. 1.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of the elongated structure having the pad-holder A, the panels B and C, and a surmounting ornament E. Each of the panels is bordered by an appropriate molding. The surmounting ornament E, resting upon the basal part I), has the vertical round rods E having knobs or enlargements and separated by interspaces. There are end ornamental supports 15] E Above is a molded flat or table piece E and on this rests the pyramidal piece E terminating in the pinnacle E The vertical main supporting-structure is indicated by the letter F.
This device of my design is intended to be located near a telephone, but is applicable elsewhere.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a display-rack or similar ar= ticle, as herein shown and described.
