DESIGN FOR A CLOCK-FACE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,829, dated May 23, 1899.

Application filed March 16,1897. Serial No. 627,882 Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, SAMUEL P. THRASHER, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Clock- Faces, of which the following is a specification.

Myinvention relates to a new and original design for a clock-face, and in the illustration thereof shown in the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 shows my design in plan View. Fig. 2 is a section of Fig. 1 on the line X X.

My design consists, primarily, of a substantially flat clock-face A, having rectangularshaped openings B and an are-shaped opening 0. The rectangular openings 13 are arranged above the arc-shaped opening, as shown in the drawings.

The leading feature of my design is the arrangement of the several openings as shown.

What I claim is- The design for a clock-face substantially as herein shown and described.
