SPECIFICATION forming part. of Design No. 26,425, dated December 22, 1896.

lie it known ihat I, JAMES BRUCE, a subject of the Queen of England, residing at Capelton, in the Province of Quebec and Dominion of Canada, have invented and produced a cer lain new and original Design for Toys; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
My invention relates to a new and original design for a toy. It relates to the entire configuration of the toy.
My invention relates particularly to a toy as illusorated in the accompanying drawing, in which the figure is a perspective view of a toy embodying my design.
The leading features of my design appear in the following description.
1 is the circular lmsc, having a projecting flange 2. The body l tapers upwardly in the shape of the frusl um of a cone, the plane top of which is formed with a semicircular recess 4. The tapering sides of the frustmn are formed with a series of ilutes or semicircular channels or grooves 5, as shown in the drawing.
Having thus described my design for a toy, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent of the United States, is
