Be it known that I, FRANCIS DUVALL, a citizen of the United States, residing at the National Military Home at Leavenworth, in the county of Leavenworth and State of Kansas, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a VVind-WVheel, of which the following is a specification.

This invention is a new and useful design for a wind-wheel, the essential feature being the peculiar form of the base carrying the blades, which are also of a peculiar shape or formation.

The drawings hereto annexed fully illustrate my invention, in Which- Figure 1 is a perspective View of a windwheel embodying my design, and Fig. 2 is a bottom plan View of the base.

By referring to the drawings it will be seen that the base A is essentially circular in shape. The base A has a series of openings 0 produced therein,said openings being essentially heartshaped, and at equidistant points the blades D are mounted upon said base, said blades being constructed in the representation of a sailboat.

Having thus fully described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The design for a wind-wheel, substantially as herein shown and described.
