Application filed February 28, 1898. Serial No. 672.106. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that we, MARSHAL T. REEVES and J OHN N. KAILOR, citizens of the United States, residing at Columbus, in the county of Bartholomew and State of Indiana, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Separator or Clover-Holler Teeth, of which the following is a specification.
The accompanying drawings illustrate our design for separator or clover-holler teeth.
Figure 1 is a perspective View of a separator-tooth embodying our design. Fig. 2 is a section through the base. Fig. 3 is a rear end View.
The tooth is provided with a shank 2. Between the upper portion 1 of the tooth and the shank is the essential feature of our design, the same consisting of a truncated pyramidal portion 3, the smaller end of which is next the shank 2, and a pyramidal shoulder 4-, formed upon one of the faces of the portion 3, the base of said shoulder joining'the lower end of the upper portion 1 of the tooth.
