DESlGN FOR A NUT-LOCK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,517, dated October 18, 1898.
Application filed September 3, 1898. Serial No. 690,233. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, HENRY LAREW, a citi-' zen of the United States, residing at Butte, in the county of Silver Bow and State of Montana, have invented and produced a new and useful Design fora Nut-Lock, of which the following is a specification.
This invention is a new and useful design for a nut-lock, the leading feature being the peculiar shape or configuration thereof.
In the drawings forming a part of this specification, Figure 1 is a perspective view of a lock-nut constructed in accordance with my design, and Fig. 2 is a sectional view thereof.
Referring to the drawings by letters, A indicates the lock-nut,rectangular in shape and having rounded edges B, and upon the top of this rectangular-shaped nut is a circular collar 0, having rounded upper edges D, and a vertical boss E is produced upon the side of the collar, said boss having a circular aperture F.
The nut is chambered upon its lower face, as shown at G.
A look constructed in accordance with the hereinbefore-described design is useful and fulfils all the objects for which it is designed.
