Be it known that I, HORACE 1;. SEYEHAXLE, of Lansing, in the county of lnghmu and State of Michigan, have invented and produeed a new and original Design for Hoop- Lugs, of which the following is u speeilica- Lion, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, showing a part thereof.

The present figure is a perspective \'ll)\\ of the hoop-lug, showing my design.

in a curved bulge which terminates at each end in a plate, said plates having holes for 1 screws, by means of which the lug may be secured in the place or position desired.
