PECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,986, dated September 8, 1896.

Be it known that we, JOHN H. WALKER and HENRY JIFKINS, citizens of the United States,
residing at Scranton, in the county of Lackawana and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and novel Design for a Campaign Badge or Button, of which the following is a specification.
The leading feature of our design consists in a campaign-badge comprising a scalloped blossom representing a bu ttereup in full bloom, a stem, a number of leaves having panels thereon upon which suitable words are to be placed, and a pin for seeming the badge to a mat or other garment.
In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 represents a perspective VlG\V of a campaignbadge made in aeeordanee with our design. Fig. is a eross-seetion 0f the same.
In the said drawings, the reference-n umeral l designates a iive-leared blossom having sealloped edges and representing a buttereup. The numeral 2 designates a stem, to whieh the blossom is secured, provided witbleavesii.
The numerals 5 and U designate panels 25 upon whieh suitable words may be placed.
The numeral 4 designates a pin for seeuriug the badge to a garment.
In earryiug the invention into ei'feet the blossom should be made of gold, 01' gilded to go represent gold, and the leaf should be of a green eolor.
\Vhat we claim is- The design fora eampaign-badge, substantially as shown and described.
