This invention relates to a certain new and usefuldesign fora garment-supportingbuckle or pin, such as may be used to retain in place a ladys shirt-waist, skirt, and belt, covering the meeting edges of skirt and waist.
The essential features of the design reside in the provision of a horizontal bar carrying midway itslength an ornamental hook, which, when the article is applied to the garments, as in use, is the only part of the device which is Visible.
I have clearly illustrated my design in the accompanying drawings, in which I have shown a perspective View of the front of the device embodying my design in Figure 1, and

Referring to the details of the design by letter, the pin or article embodying my design consists oi. the rectangular horizontal portion A, having at each end downwardlyprojeeting end portions B, having their upper and lower ends curved, as seen atCi. Midway of the length of the bar A a hooked portion D rises vertically, and is bent forward upon itself, with the edges of the downwardly-extending portion laterally curved to the points (Z. The outline of the said downwardly-turn ed end is continued across its bottom in substantially a bow shape, and the front face of the downwardlyextended portion of the hook D is ornamented with a serollwork,as illustrated.
