Be it known that I, NICHOLAS MLLER, of the cityof New York, and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Clock Cases; and I hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof, which will enable those skilled in the art to make and'use the same, reference beinghad to the accompanying drawings forming part of this specification, in which drawing- Figure 1 is a. front elevation of a clock case containing my design.

Figure 2 is a vertical section on the line x x, fig. 1.

Figure 3 is an elevation of one of the sides.

Figure 4 is an outline view of the case along the line y y of fg.\3.

Thisinvention consists in a new and originall design for a clock case shown in the drawing, the design being composed of the foliage, shell ornaments, and other ornamental figures, as represented in the several views, and placed respectively on the front and sides of the pedestal or base A, and on the front and sides of the upper 'parts B of the case. The pedestal has, at the centre of its front, a central ornament composed of concentric circles, the inner one of which encloses foliage proceeding from a. commoncentre. 'The whole is intended for an ornamental design for clock cases. i A

What I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is- The design for clock cases represented in the accompanying drawing. The above specification signed by me this lothvday of December, 1866.
