Be it known that I, Nlcuomis MLLER, ofthe city of New York, nndSmteof New York, have invented n new und original Design for n Base or Stand; and I hereby declaro that the following is :i full and exact description thereof, which will enable thoseskilled in the art `io make and use the some, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specication, in xvhich drawings- Figure I is a front elevation of a base afstand containing my design. Figure II is an outline view ofthe base or stand, viewing from the top. Figure III is an outline view of the hase along the line a b of Fig. This invention consists in a new and original design for a bese or stand, as shown in the drawings, Llio design being composed of ornaments and arabesques, as -represenfed in Fig. I, placed respectively on the front :mil sides of said base or stand, the whole, combined, forming an ornnmentuldesign for a base o1' stand.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is- Tlne design for n base or stand, represented in the accompanying drawings.
